Overview

The Growth Network is a first of its kind cohort for ambitious high school students who want to level up their ideas and their lives.

We had a 7 week pilot in the summer of 2025, and now we are looking to build it out locally in the Mason OH area.

🏋️ Our Three Growth Pillars

1. Personal Growth (Self-Discipline & Identity)

Focusing on developing life-long habits for discipline and sustained growth

• Daily habit tracking system
• Fitness & mental health check-ins
• Weekly journaling & self-reflection
• Accountability pods focused on wellness and growth

2. Venture Building (Execution > Ideas)

Students build one core project (startup, nonprofit, media brand, app, etc.) from start to finish in public, over the course of the cohort.

• Weekly venture prompts and progress check-ins
• Biweekly peer feedback sessions
• Live mentor critiques and demo prep

3. Skill Expansion

Building the essential- yet overlooked- skills of a modern day entrepreneur

• Public speaking, storytelling, and personal brand building
• Digital content creation & outreach strategies
